Financial Affairs Management Services


While serving as the Financial Affairs Manager of Kayseri OIZ, he gets his authority from the Organized Industrial Zones Law No. 4562, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law of Obligations, the Labor Law, the Accounting Standards Law, the Uniform Chart of Accounts System and other laws and regulations. With this responsibility and 5 affiliated units with our staff of 10, we are trying to provide the following services in the best way possible.

Work and Services Provided;

  • Electricity, Natural Gas, Water Fat. To prepare and record sales and purchase invoices, especially sales and purchase invoices. (Paper and E-invoices)
  • To provide sales and purchase invoices and current account reconciliations, to follow up the payments and collections. (Ba/Bs forms, counterexamination minutes)
  • To follow up and collect checks especially from land allocations.
  • Preparing warnings for those who do not pay on the day and creating a cut list for those who need it.
  • Monitoring the daily cash transactions, counting and transferring them to the banks.
  • Monitoring and recording the daily transactions of banks.
  • Preparing supplier payments.
  • Monitoring personnel transactions. (Payrolls, entry and exit, leave, visit etc.)
  • Creating monthly statements. (Concise, VAT. VAT.2, SGK.Pirim Bill. TRT share accrual, Kosgeb, e-book approval etc.)
  • As a result of the documents transferred to the accounting records, to create reports that inform the management. (Or getting reports that generate payout and cut lists.)
  • All incoming letters, documents, invoices, etc. recording and transferring documents to electronic media and archiving services.
  • Making correspondence of incoming and outgoing documents, setting the agenda for the weekly meeting of those that need to be decided.
